I have taken my vehicle to Woodward Auto twice now, and both times, they have been very accommodating. They are very unlike dealerships and they talk to you like a person. Right now I've got my dealership getting a recall fixed, and the ridiculous people over there are talking to me like I'm a dumb woman. The work at Woodward Auto turns out great. The staff, the owner, and everybody there is great. It's a great place to take your car to get it fixed, and the prices are reasonable. The first time I took my car there, it would have taken the dealership a whole week to get the part delivered, but Woodward was able to find it in another location and get it fixed the same day.
