I found John Birchler to be very rude and arrogant! He is long winded and self centered, he will argue and get mad, treating you with a lack of understanding if you do not agree with him. After 15 years of lack luster returns and bad behavior on his part we had to fire him and move on. Edward Jones makes claim to a long term conservative approach, well we see that as a lazy approach to investing and poor performance! If you want to be micro managed (he will want your w-2, tax statements, pay stubs, and bank statements which I was not will to provide and this angered him).
