I used to frequent this plainwell subway once or so a week, I always got my two year old daughter a mini sub on flat bread so its easy for her to eat, well this last time I went I noticed a couple new workers, they were very very rude, unwilling to provide decent customer service. Anyways, when I tried getting my kids sub on flat bread they wouldn't let me, when I asked what changed they said they never allowed it, then they argued with me in front of many customers when I said yes they always have!!! yesterdays bread doesnt necessarily mean fresh, and how come a person cannot have the bread that is only 2hours old? I have had problems here 3 times and nothing was done about it like i did`nt even exist. tThe first time was when their power was out about 3 years ago & they took the meats and veggies to the martin store for storage then transferred it to Walmart store then back when the power was restored. I GOT VERY SICK. If it werent for an employee telling me of this wrongness then how ouuld anyone kno. When i brought it to the owners attn, he said it didnt happen (but i kno it did. as for the dry bread i always do not as for the plainwell store doesnt even try to make it right, Funny when i ask for the softest bread no matter what kind it is no one knows....guess thats what you get for day old bread.
