We had a CD of photos done in July. In September, we were charged a second time for the same service!! Went in and talked to Ted, and he "supposedly" issued a credit. Here it is almost November and we still have not seen our refund. It might have only been a minimal charge, but most places have instant credit returned to your card. We've NEVER heard of it taking 3 months to get a credit from a place of business. Each time we call it's the same story, having trouble with the credit card company. I say switch companies.
