Robert Geloneck, Ryan Benard, and the rest of the staff at Marty Feldman Chevrolet are all so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience working with Robert. He was extremely helpful in providing what was needed and he got me a great deal on my new vehicle! Robert made sure to follow up with me after the purchase to answer any questions I had and to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I had looked up my problem on Chevy forums and tried to talk to the service department before I brought it in so I did not have to waste my time. They refused to talk over the phone so I made an appointment only for them to tell me there is a service bulletin on the problem when I arrived but they did not have the part and it's oils take 5-7 days to get in. Had they talked to me on the phone they could have had the part when I came in and not wasted my time. Now I am stuck taking a 16 hour trip with no navigation. I have just recently purchased to new vehicles from this dealership but their horrible service department will have me looking for a new dealership to do business with in the future. With as much as vehicles costs these days make sure to take your time and find a dealership that cares about customer service. This one doesn't. ...read more

My Salesman, Bryan Pavlik was awesome. No hard pitch and allowed me to ask all the questions I needed and answered them accordingly. There were a few mix ups regarding this vehicle as it was brought over from another dealer. However the staff at Marty Feldman Chevrolet took great care to right all of the wrongs.
