We used American Tree Care in the past and was very pleased with their work. But now that Bill has a new team of workers they are just horrible! Bill came out to give me a quote and when the guys came to do the work they barely did any of the things that was quoted that they would do. They missed dead wood, didn't trim the tree correctly, I had to do clean up of branches and twigs -- all things they were suppose to do in the quote. Bill sent them out again and Bill and I talked about trimming one branch and his team refused to do it. I called Bill to complain and he never returned my call. His men just left my house when they were done without letting me check the work or saying goodbye even when I specifically asked them to see me before leaving! Very unprofessional! Go with some who actually cares about the satisfaction of their customers because Bill and the team at American Tree Care don't! ...read more
