Poor attention to detail, terrible or no communication, did not keep us informed as to status of the job or if anything was happening. Never returned calls or emails, didn't read the messages/emails sent to them, did not complete the title work to contain the conditions we requested. Hassett never returned our calls after telling us he 'would investigate thoroughly and contact us'.
