We waited in front of the store for it to open. It said it was open at 8:30 a.m. Finally at 9:30 a.m. a manager came to open the door. She screamed at me I'M CLOSED! I tried to ask her very nicely if there was another store we could go to and she screamed at me again before I finished asking CLOSED! She should be fired. You NEVER treat a customer this way. I have never encountered such a rude person in my life. They shouldn't post they are open at 8:30, show up at 9:30 and scream in your face CLOSED! I really couldn't believe it. I will never shop there and will make sure I relay this story to everyone I know. I would have complained to the manager, but I think SHE was the manager!!! Small store with a gourmet feel. I love stores that have a carefully selected inventory of quality items. The meats were very good as well as the large variety of salads. Prices were competative to other specialty stores. I will definetly will go back to try other items. ...read more
