Whoever answers phone calls is very rude, won't answer my questions, and knows nothing about my health conditions. When I was called with the results of my test, I asked what I was supposed to do about it, and the lady (very rudely) told me that she had no idea I would have to call back and make an appointment with the doctor to discuss it. The doctor that I saw on the day of my original appointment basically did nothing except look in my eyes, ears and mouth and then send me to the hospital.
