Called this morning with a last minute order to this number 517-574-5232. Sean Conn (VP of Operations ) apparently, answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say the conversation did not go well and I did not proceed with my last minute order for my companies function. I understand this was last minute and the company is extremely busy as this moment with the holiday weekend, however this is not how you treat repeat or new business. You have cost your company any business associated with me or anyone else I know for that matter. I'm sure this is not how everyone would have handled this situation, however it's unfortunate that someone like this is representing your company and that fault does lie with management. This may fall on deaf ears, however I felt it was my duty to let management and anyone else know my experience so they dont have to deal with the same. Thank you for your time in reviewing this matter and hopefully my words have eliminated the chance of this happening again to another paying client. Happy fourth to you all. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and VERY fair prices! The contract ran month-to-month and every detail was explained in simple terms.
