I go to Wireless Zone any time I need anything cell phone-related, or have questions about my phone. They get you in and out in a timely manner (unlike the Verizon stores, they don't make you take a number and wait). The sales associates are very helpful, and make sure that before every customer leaves, they have a complete understanding of their phone, plan, etc. They've been so great to work with, I don't even want to go anywhere else! ...read more

*Sales staff is very hawkish. *Any issues you have later on with the products will be met with adversarial service. *Be VERY aware of their warranty service product which is a scam. I was sold a 5 yr warranty on a 2 side refrigerator and was told it went in effect after the mfg. warranty of 5 years. Found out later that the warranty was only good running concurrently with the full coverage mfg warranty! Paid $135 for nothing!! GET WHATEVER THE SALES STAFF PROMISE IN WRITING!!!!
