Worse to be none, I was not able to get the estimated time of delivery. Even the calling center in Kansas does ot known and can not tell. I have one initial delivery attempt tag that was posted on 11/4/10, but FedEx claim that they tried twice for delivery. I have motion detector/monitor installed. In the past, the delivery man claimed attempting 3 times to be prooved it was false claim. And then, local manager sent Email to promise it will never happen again. I am afraid of using FedEx. I'm a customer of this company which handles our mailing services. They're prices are quite reasonable and they can ship just about anything to just about anywhere, even a car if you need to. Of course all boxes and packing materials are on site so you can just bring your item in and have it shipped.
