The office staff made an error in my billing a procedure that was supposed to cost me $100 ended up costing me $400. It was their error but because I signed a form stating I had to pay any costs my insurance did not cover it would have been a headache to fight the bill so I just paid it. Be very careful with the office staff I was told they were short staffed so that was part of the reason why an error occurred. I love Optiview! The glasses covered under my insurance plan is extensive compared to the bigger stores. Lansing Opthamology had a small drawer of glasses that were covered. Optiview has 2 walls.
