Best price around that we found for our recent project. We preferred a trailer over a dumpster container. Biggest issue was communication. Stated they would drop off trailer between 8&10am. Called them after 10a, stated they would drop off by 11am. After 11am came & went called & left another message, they showed up around 11:45-12p ish. They stated that it wasn't their fault they were late, that their trailer was full of shingles. A phone call stating they were going to be late would have been much appreciated as we could have made other arrangements instead of being caused more work than what was needed. Our materials showed up prior to the trailer therefore we had to improvise with where to put our materials, seems as we had waste & debris in the way where the materials were to go. All because we didn't have a trailer when they specified we would. Been going there for years returning the same aluminum rollers and getting top dollar. I save up for 6-12 months in between each visit. Last time I went they gave me the lowest price and said it was because of the coating. Here's what happened - he asked me if I had ever been there before and I told him yes many times but not for a few months and I told the guy I usually get top dollar. He went and asked somebody, came back, weighed it, dumped it in a bin and gave me the receipt for the cashier. That's when I found out I got the lowest price. He could have said something before dumping it. I will go elsewhere and see if I get the same treatment. My brother in law had the same type of thing happen to him a while back also so it makes me suspect they try to rip people off. ...read more
