I would recommend Briggs & Son Plumbing Service of Kalamazoo to anyone. The guys came right on time i mentioned to them that my young daughter was asleep and i did not ant her to wake up due to the noise of unblocking the drain. This used to be a good business, but I think they have gone downhill over the last few years. It's sad, really. They seem to have forgotten about courtesy, customer service, and accountability. During our recent transaction with them, we found their office staff (especially the owner) to be unbelievably rude, their dispatch process to be shockingly disorganized, and our overall experience with them to be nothing short of a disaster. The only plus side to having dealt with Modern Plumbing, is that we now do our homework ahead of time, and are far more careful about whom we choose to deal with in the first place. ...read more
