ZERO, As a very close friend of a former Employee, their first day 3 people in all different areas of the business told them to start looking for a new job now. They like to sell people just to turn around and sue them. They promise you its not a contract and it is Ironclad. I could go on and on about all of the aweful things they do. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH DOMESTIC UNIFORM! They are, without question, the most underhanded and shady company I have ever done business with. Read reviews on other locations throughout the country, they have misleading contracts and sue immediately asking for outrageous damages. Check court records, they sue people several times a week and have a full time law firm only for this purpose. They are essentially a scam company. You have been warned! ...read more

Do not trust this company! We contacted Domestic Uniform to get prices for daily uniform rental for our small business. After going over prices, Karen, the sales rep for Domestic Uniform, told our office manager that she needed to sign a form to "lock in fees." Our office manager told her that she was not authorized to sign a contract but Karen assured her this was not a contract. A few months later we received a letter (with a copy of the agreement) telling us it was a contract. On top of that, the sales rep had added several items to the "contract" including logo mats, scraper mats, and carpet mats after our office manager signed it. When our company president called Domestic Uniform, the General Manager/V.P, Dave Kinderdine, told him that the contract was binding and if we didn't keep paying, we would be in default and have to pay liquidation damages. We just received a letter from their lawyer saying that we owe them over $10,000. All for a falsfied contract! ...read more
