My first interaction with Ceterus was when they decided to make an unauthorized debit of $660 dollars from my bank account. Apparently they have taken over the financials for the company I rent from, and decided that they would not only cash my rent check, but also debit an additional month from my bank account. I spoke to an employee, Levi, who assured me this "wasn't his problem" and that although it was not his responsibility the money would be back in my account "within a couple days". After asking which company he worked for I was told "that doesn't matter". He also refused to provide me with his name, the name of his supervisor, or allow me to speak with him. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told he was "unavailable". When I asked if there was a more appropriate time I could call back I was told "No, there is no time you can call back".
