Chose FTD thru a recommendation. Was pre-warned that communications could be slow. We have had them out 2 years in a row to treat our pines for infestation and are very pleased with results. We were told it may take a 2nd treatment. Very knowledgeable in his field. Contacting FTD today because the last storm has damage some pines - asking for his opinion and estimate of costs. ...and we don't have a problem with a generic hand written bill. ...read more

Had this company come out to treat my tree. The tree is still dying and whatever they claimed they put around the tree appears to have don't nothing. Make sure you're home during treatments and get a 2nd opion b4 you hire Family Tree Doctor. They left a generic hand written bill for $180 in the door and never followed up with future reccomendations. ...read more
