Our vehicle broke down in Houghton Lake on a sunday leaving us 300 miles from home. Our insurance dispatched Lake Towing to transport us and our car to a local motel until someone could look at our vehicle Monday morning. When Chuck arrived he offered to transport us to the hotel and then look at our car right away Monday instead of having to come back out and tow it in or us trying to locate another shop. Before dropping us at the hotel, he offered to stop at a fast food returant or convience store to allow us to get any needed supplies for the evening. Monday morning he called us within a couple hours of opening to tell us the car was fixed and he would come get us from the hotel. He then drove us back to his shop where we settled up on the bill (much lower than we figured) and we were headed home. Chuck and his crew seem to go out of their way to make all their customers, local or not, feel like friends and are very professional and their rates are super reasonable!!||[]||[]||[] ...read more
