I would have rather written this in an e-mail, but couldn't find an e-mail address. on 12/17/2012, we brought to different stacks of Christmas presents to be packed and box. One was going to Council Bluff, IA and the other Bellevue, NE We were told they couldn't guarantee they would get there before Christmas is we used UPS ground. The boxes each weighed 4 pounds. It cost us $90.50 to send these two packagesWe felt there was no other choice but to send them Air/UPS Ground. Both packages were there within 3 days. It cost is $36.25 for each package for shipping. This is outrageous. I have tried to deal with UPS, but they say the Shipping Shop has their rates. I know one thing, we will be shipping Priority with the Post Office next year. ...read more

I have call 5 times in 3 Hr time and they never pick up the phone. UPS website has an incorrect phone number. I tooled them this 3 months ago but they donâÂÂt care, they rather loose the business.
