I was very impressed with the response from these guys. The nice lady who answered the phone gave me a great feeling and was very helpful. The repair man showed up as scheduled and did the job quickly. Kudos when he took me down to see the job and explain about the heater. It was like he had never been there. Terrible. Horrible. Multiple phone calls don't result in any change. Their drivers leave garbage in the street; they knock over garbage cans and don't bother to pick them up. If we weren't tied into a subdivision contract, we'd kick them so fast to the curb and get another company it wouldn't be funny. Don't bother with them.
