I was very impressed with the response from these guys. The nice lady who answered the phone gave me a great feeling and was very helpful. The repair man showed up as scheduled and did the job quickly. Kudos when he took me down to see the job and explain about the heater. It was like he had never been there. I had every possible bad experience with this company (Mark) and regret using them; including them doing the job WRONG, having bad customer service, and overall complete unprofessionalism. I would NOT recommend Michigan Heating and Cooling. ...read more

Purchased a funace in Jan 05. Have had problems with it start starting that first winter and every winter since then. Bremer and Bouman refused on several occasions to replace the furnace with a new one, now they refuse to fix anything saying it is out of warrenty and it is not there issue.
