I was born and raised here in Hamtramck. Polish Village is by far the BEST restaurant! From the old times when it was Zusia's, to now. The pork chops, city chicken, and dill pickle soup are awesome. Great atmosphere and workers. If you don't like the pierogi deep fried, just ask for it to be pan fried! We have been going to Polish Village for 5 years now. What a gem. We are constantly introducing friends to this place because of the charming atmosphere and food which are always consistent. We were there last night and had to wait an hour and a half for a table. Was it worth the wait? Of course the bar is the best part. My husband and I are always meeting new people if it is just the two of us. Last night we were with a group and we had a great time.
