Our company submitted over 300 accounts to Fred at MSR. After several months had passed we called and called and called with no response from our business landline. It was not until we used our cell phones that Fred would answer our calls. He never once did a single thing on any of these accounts so we thought. We ended up having some previous customers state that they had paid our collection agency, yet he never sent us a single penny of this. We again had to play phone tag non stop with no responses as well. Needless to say we spent a year and half of wasted time on MSR with Fred. We still have not been paid by this collection agency and have had customers state they have paid. Do not use! Fred will not return your calls, and clearly does not know how to do his job! ...read more
