My family and I have known John at Cascade Fur Salon for over 30 years now. My family has bought many fur coats and jackets from John. My wife and I have purchased 7 at last count. Both our daughters have several furs between the two of them all from Cascade Fur Salon also. John Hayes is a very professional and talented furrier. He has redesigned 2 furs for my wife and they are amazing and get compliments everywhere she goes. I would highly recommend John Hayes and Cascade Fur Salon. He just sold a mink coat for my wife so she can order a new one. Management wont talk to you and they run you around . They lost a check or the usps did and they wont wave the late fee plus it takes them a long time to cash checks. I think it is just bad business to to do this with people when the customer is trying to figure out what happened to their payment . ...read more
