Tere is no direction in this program. Rules are constantly either changing or made up . The students are treated as if they were in middle school and the qaulity of instructor is questionable. The facility could also be a bit cleaner. The overall program is run by way too many chefs and not a one overly qualified. It has a sense of a highschool with a snaggled toothed dean who needs to understand that this is a :"PAID" environment and respect goes both ways. The teachers are not qualified.trained teachers . This poses a problem because explaining, directing and supporting is what will prove to be a sucessful environment. You can't just stand up there and expect the class to :"Know" what you want. You have to expalin and give direction. It's absolutely ridiculous and unsettling. Sanford Brown will not be around very long if they continue to be more concerned with money and not at all concerned with quality teachers who actually do their job and have the qualifications to teach and do it well. My advice to them:G back and re-think your choices on who is teaching and HOW they teach. Stop hiring untrained staff to teach when clearly they have no business in or near a classroom. Rethink your priorities and know that this is a college setting not grammar school. Respect goes both ways. This school is such a disapointment and would not recommend anyone to attend.
