Lindsey Norton is the most unprofessional owner that I have ever encountered in a business.We had a bridal party and, unfortunately, were 30 minutes late due to a ride error.We realized that this wasn't ideal and apologized.After arriving, the owner berated & lectured the bride to the point of causing the bride to break down in tears.To make matters worse, the owner of the salon allowed her unprofessional receptionist to argue and yell at the bride, wedding planner, and bridesmaids.The owner was so "flustered" that SHE HAD TO TAKE A 15 MIN BREAK,leaving the bride crying in her chair with wet hair.REALLY???You are a business owner claiming to be a professional who works on brides and bridal parties "all the time" yet get so unraveled by a 30 minute delay that you resort to yelling at and berating your PAYING CUSTOMERS to the point of tears? ...read more
