Had hail damage and tar damage. They fixed both in half the time they estimated. Then just 3 days after I got my car back, I got NEW tar damage (gotta love construction season in MI). I called them and they had me bring it back in. They removed the tar at no extra charge and it looks like new again. Great service, great people. So happy! ...read more

The owner of this shop collected $500 from my employer for an insurance deductible. Later he admitted that there was no deductible, that he had performed addition work on the car that the insurance wouldn't by and he was just trying to recoup on that. It took 3 months to get him to provide the paperwork to show what we paid $500 for and when we got it, it did verify that there was NO insurance deductible. After I posted an accurate review of my experience with them, the owner called my boss to compel him to make me retract a truthful review. I respectfully refused to, in effect, lie or cover up what transpired between Doug Kotlarz and me. Doug and Stacey (his wife who works there, too) claim that I/we were not their customer, but they did cash the check we gave them. Some parts of our exchange was personal and I'd be happy to elaborate if anyone contacts me for more information, but at one point when I asked if they were going to respond to a letter I sent to Letty Corp. (which I found out at that point consists of him and Stacey, Doug Kotlarz said, "Oh we responded to it. We laughed at it." Yes, that is how he handled my letter of complaint.
