I used them to show me a few houses, found one I wanted so I gave $1000.00 deposit which at the time I was told will go into an escrow account and was fully refundable, a couple days later I backed out deciding the home was to small and I wanted to look at more homes, needless to say I could never get anyone to respond to me anymore so I had to find another realtor and she is refusing to give me my money back.. Mr. Lucia was very nice and did a thorough job inspecting our home. We had another appraiser come out last year and didnt ask any questions and ran through the home like it was on fire. Mr. Lucia however spent several minutes just asking us questions about the house and neighborhood. We got our appraisal back the NEXT DAY too!
