I ordered rock to go around our pool, paid for the delivery charge and they delivered half rock and half dirt/crushed misc garbage. Chuck Osmun (the owner) offered to correct the problem by having us return the "rock" ourselves (which is impossible as we don't have a truck and is the reason we paid for the delivery charge in the first place) and he would cut us a "deal" on our next order. That is his 'best offer' and now he won't even speak with me. He also mentioned he didn't want to send his guys back out to remove the "rock" as it would cut into his profit margin. Talk about a "big" business owner who thinks he can walk all over the 'little guy'. Urgg! I just hope word spreads on the type of business owner he is. ...read more

Everytime I go shopping at The Grainery I am amazed at how much I learn. I have had health problems that NOBODY has been able to help me with for years. The medication was not working either.
