tried to sell me a used coutch that they said was new. it wasnt... it reeked of cat pee. when i talked to the manager it was a joke. they guy had white powder falling out of his nose and on his upper lip. the way the manager was acting i could tell he was on drugs. wont ever go back again. ...read more

Steer clear of the owner John at all cost. He'll say anything to get a sale, and inspect anything he sells you VERY closley. Any damage that can be coverd up will be for him to sell something. If you do feel the need to do business there for some reason, then deal with bill, he is an honest man who will be straight up with you, unlike the owner. I used to work there, and you wouldn't believe some of the things that workers are asked to coverup to make a damaged item appear ok to the customer. Things like fixing brand new riding mowers without the right tools, so a customer can pick it up as top not "lose the sale" bent rods, broken welds, ect.. and alot of touchup paint moments before an appliance sees the customer who bought this brand new item. Do yourself a favor, shop at lowes, home depot, or menards. The prices are better there anyhow. IF your stuck on sears, then at least try to go to a full line store like in the mall. ...read more
