Jack's Bicycle Shop in Dearborn, MI barely deserves one star. I was looking for two bicycles, a Giant STP1 and a Giant BRASS 1. Apparently these bikes are hard to come by in store, so I went online in search for a shop that had them in stock. Jack's Bicycle Shop webpage had both of the bikes. Considering that I live about an hour away from Dearborn, I sent an e-mail to the store to make sure I wasn't making a wasted trip out there. After communicating with their employees via e-mail, it was confirmed that the two bicycles that I was interested in were not only in-stock online, but at the store as well.
