As a successful producer, business owner and patron to the arts in NYC I can say that growing up at the Norretta Dunworth school was a gift that every person that aspires for greatness should experience! The disipline, level of commitment and knowledge that this faculty provides is priceless to all! Whether you plan on a career in marketing, entertainment or medicine this schools classes will prepare you for success in life! The oppurtunity to travel and feel part of something made me strive for much larger things, the school makes you believe in yourself ! These reviews that say that they quit cause of this and that!!!! I am sorry welcome to life you went to another school and quit! Once a quiter always one! Some people just don"t give it their all! Dont blame other people for your lifes mistakes! After attending this school for a number of years, I finally got tired of the bullying and decided to quit. The staff are more interested in how the girls look and how skinny they are, then their ability to dance. It is pretty will know that the studio owners, "like them skinny". As a former student of both Noretta and Loni (owners of Noretta Dunworth School of Dance), there was no question in my mind where to send my daughter to dance. Not only are the teachers the best in the state, they are among the best in the country. Just the other day I was speaking to a lady from New York who spoke very highly of Noretta Dunworth School of Dance. Not only do you learn how to dance, you gain confidence, pride, pose, character and passion for the art of dance. You just can't compare the love and decation this studio has to offer.
