DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased an above ground pool last winter at their pre-sale. Everyone was very friendly and we liked the fact that it is a family-run business. HOWEVER - their communication is horrible. We did not get our pool installed until the end of June even though it was ordered the previous winter. There are now problems with the pool and they will not come to repair it. We are unable to close our pool (it is now the end of Oct) until these repairs are made and they will not return any phone calls. We are considering legal action. ...read more

We signed our contract with Wind Surf and Sail in mid July, being told that we will be swimming by the end of August! It is now September 21st and all I have is a hole in my backyard and forms for cement work... My husband and I reminded Wind Surf and Sail that when we signed you said the work would take 5 weeks to complete from start to finish! We are now on our 12th week!!! Needless to say we are not happy with this company and I will not be recomending Wind Surf and Sail to any of my friends or family!
