I have been in business for 15 years and went through 4 web hosts. I still can't believe how friendly and inviting the staff at Worldwise was. They know my time is valuable and treat me with respect. I was asked to send an email with the part I needed to Don Brose and that he would order it for me. Two days later I called to see how my order was going and Don completely dropped the ball. when he opened the email he then asked me what he should do with the photo I told him that i sent the photo at his request and that he ought to know why I sent it. One of the ways that I have been able to reduce costs is by emailing, instead of printing, newsletters and invoices. This allows me to save on paper, ink and postage. This is a HUGE factor in keeping my expenses down as we continue forward. In contemplating the lessons rate increase, there were many areas of consideration. Because of my love for my students, and their families, rates continue to be below the industry rate, even at 2005 standards. However, I need your cooperation to keep them there. While email remains my most cost-effective method of communication, it is not always the most-effective way for you to receive the information. I am asking that you make a commitment to provide an email address for each parent (and students, too, if you don’t mind and they have one) and to check for any email communications from kristi@BaybrookAssociates.com before coming to your student’s lesson each week.
