The therapist are good but the billing office is horrible!!!! Getting lied to regarding billing paid all my copayments in cash and my therapist was never paid her portion!! I am a therapist so I know the split, and I keep getting told insurance issues but there isn't any!!! So 5 months I have not gotten anything in the mail regarding my account! I probably over paid and they refuse to give me my money back! They will not return phone calls, clients in the billing office with client information out for others to see! Go somewhere else where you will not have such a headache!!! ...read more
