Minute dry carpet in Brighton were excellent. They provided excellent service at a great price. I would recommend this carpet service over all others. I signed my roof replacement contract with John Prescott, the owner of this company, in March 2010. They collected the downpay right after the contract was signed but didnt start the work for almost 2 months. During the waiting period, I was stood up three times by him, for an inspection appointment he promised to show up at my home. He finally started the work but the work was subcontracted and didn't get finished for a whole week. In that week, I got some leakage due to a big thunderstorm. Finally the roof was done. Several weeks later, I found leakage around my Skylight window. John showed up and did some work in the roof and said it has been taken care of. One year later, I found the ceiling below the same Skylight area started to show a watermark and it is growing. I can feel it is not as dry as the surrounding area. So I called John and he said he is waiting for his truck to be fixed and cannot come right away. I called him again 10 days later with no answer. Very disappointing ...read more
