This man "represented" my bride to be in a premarital financial matter and proceeded to tell her she would receive a family friend discounted rate. He did not draft any documents, but merely reviewed the ones my attorney drafted and offered advice. Since she never asked him, (and he never told her up front), he now wants $350/hr or he will sue her for that, plus attorney and court costs. That's more than my attorney who did most of the work!
