Do not buy from this store....the shoes are low quality and the customer service is even worse...My son got 7 days worth of ware from his $65 dollar shoes, that he wore only to school. The soles are pulling away from the shoe, and all the manager could say on a return was,..."oh these look worn"....yeah they were white shoes worn for 7 days....so if you are one to change out your shoes every other week.....then this is the store to shop at...because thats all they will last is 7 days. The manager at the Birch Run outlet *Amber Hasse" is the worst manager and people person ive ever encountered...you might as well talk to the wall outside the store. ...read more
