I ordered some items through my company. I sent a check and the representative said that it never arrived and recommended I send a credit charge. The company not only charged my account but also cashed the check that "never" arrived for a total withdraw of about $200. I proceed to contact the rep making them aware of the charges and letting them know that it was unacceptable. They said that they would reverse the charge but never apologized nor acknowledge responsibility and tried to downplay the situation as though this is "just happens".
