I have an issue with my vein in my leg that causes a skin condition. When I saw Dr. Laing her first comment to me was that she could refer me to a surgeon for bariatric surgery (large ladies beware), continuing down that line she recommended I see a dietitian and offered me an app to a calorie counter for my phone. She proceeded to question me as if I was a drug addict (my medical record shows that I was prescribed hydrocondone after a surgery, which by the way, I never took). None of this addressed my skin issue, as she was leaving the room I asked if I should continue with a cortisone treatment another doctor had recommended. She said no and left the room. I am 67 years old and would never recommend this doctor to anyone I know. I am making an appointment with another dermatologist so I can get my skin treated. ...read more

I have seen Dr. Laing for a few months now. She was able to provide excellent treatment for my adult acne and rosacea. Prior to being under her care I had been to other dermatologists with little success - they all recommended radical treatment which I resisted. Dr. Laing provided an approach that cured my condition and I could not be more grateful. She is a very compassionate professional and shares her knowledge with her patient. ...read more
