Meineke Car Care Center

Great experience with this shop. I bought my 2008 Honda Element back in July and took it to a Meineke for a full inspection since I do not know much about cars. They made some recommendations but nothing that needed to be done immediately.

Everyone there was very professional and helpful. I stopped in to get an estimate for damage done to my car and they explained why it would take the time it did and the process. They really focus on quality of their repairs and work, and they worked with me to match a previous estimate I'd received.

I went here to get part of my exhaust pipe custom welded and was extremely happy with the service...I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by afternoon! Also they took me into the shop and showed me what was going on underneath my car and what they had done to repair it. The price was great, too, compared to what I would've spent to replace the entire system. Then, a couple months later I heard a rattling noise from the exhaust area so I took the car back in this morning. They immediately took a look at it and even though the part that was causing the rattling was unrelated to the part they had fixed a couple months ago, they really quickly did a little welding to re-attach the part that had come loose (exhaust heat shield).
