I had an MRI done at your facility due to 2 weeks of severe sciatic and lower back pain. The techs and receptionist were great. However, your protocol and people who do the reading were so remiss that I find it unbelievable. I brought in previous films and reports as requested and was told I'd have a report within 24b to 48 hours. Now a week later and in severe pain, no report, just excuses. Incompetence!!!! If I hadn't had a previous report, the MRI would have been read and I could have been on the way to being helped. Angry doesn't even describe how I feel about your outfit. ...read more
