For many years I bragged about the products and service found at Wilder's Jewelry in Presque Isle. I no longer have the same respect after one of the most rude and personally degrating phone conversations of my life - with the owner. I purchased 2 wedding bands from this store and was told that the first sizing was free. Do not believe this, or get it in writing. When we needed a ring resized it took 2 months to get it back. One month longer than it was suppose to take. Then we were charged $65 for the sizing because of the style of ring. When I explained that we were not going to pay for it the owner asked to split the price of the sizing since it was the salesperson who made the error, not her. I still refused to pay. She then began to belittle me and make false accusations about my personal life over the phone. I was shocked! I caution you when purchasing a product that may need future maintanence.
