Ate supper at Tang's for the first time with friends a couple of weeks ago. Rather than use the buffet they offered, we decided to order off the menu. The food was VERY good, and service was great. Our waitress (Oops! I guess we're supposed to call her a "wait-person!") was a delight. She was very knowledgeable about their menu items, which aided our making selections.
