We appreciate your review. We did not know of this website until our daughter found it online this year. We are glad that you liked our wonton soup, but we were sorry to hear the other items did not please you. Everyone has their own tastes. I disagree with the fact that all our items are fatty and that the crab rangoons were tough. We use low fat vegetable oil and soy bean oil in our stir-fries and most of our dishes are less greasy than other local chinese restaurants. The crab rangoons have a special flour skin that we fry to make it crispy and crunchy. I'm sure they tasted delicious even if you did not like the texture. Crab rangoons are one of our favorite appetizers. We offer a variety of interesting and flavorful dishes. We apologize for any sogginess, but we can't do much to prevent that. We want to keep the food warm when you come to pick it up and unfortunately time and steam makes some of our dishes soggy. It is best to pick it up when it is ready and quickly remove the lids or open the containers to prevent this. We wish we could purchase better containers but we are a small restaurant. ...read more
