Hurricane Restaurant

There were 4 of us for lunch on a rainy Sunday in August. (Note: Anything indoors on a rainy weekend day during summer tourist season in Kennebunkport is going to be packed, and probably not too speedy.)\t\n\t\nWe waited about 5 minutes for a table and were seated at a high top in the bar area. The late lunch menu was good, creative and pretty fairly priced. Our party had the following: The lobster chowder ($13 for a bowl) was a standout. Really, really good. Highly recommended. The half pound bar burger ($10, w/ fries or sweet potato fries.) was okay. The grilled crabmeat & havarti on sourdough sandwich ($13 w same fry choice as the burger) was very good. I had the house-made tuna pastrami small plate ($12) which was quite tasty.\t\n\t\nThe pace of the meal was leisurely, but as I mentioned before, we expected that. How Do Restaurants Make Enchiladas?

Many people think that an enchilada in a restaurant is much better than anything they can ever find at home, unless they know a lot of Hispanic people.
