Jefferson is a town in Lincoln County of Maine. Major attractions include Damariscotta Lake Farm and Damariscotta Lake State Park. Among the biggest companies in Jefferson are Clary Communications Inc, and Dirigo Systems. The biggest schools here are Whitefield Country School and Jefferson Village School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Jefferson is the Damariscotta Lake State Park.

He recaned the seat and back of a large rocking chair I was restoring to give to our daughter when her first baby is born. He gave me a written price up front and didn't charge extra when he found and fixed a repair he didn't spot when he first evaluated the chair. He did an excellent job and had it ready when he said it would be ready. The price was very reasonable and he includes the cost of materials and taxes in his price. No cost, plus, plus, here. I have been going here for a few years and this year was a waste of time. There is about 50 of us in our group. We brought a lot of business to them. Then to be treated the way I was today was very disturbing, to have a staff member call you stupid for sitting on a big pumpkin and all the owner can say is she is only 12. well when I was 12 I was taught to have better manners than that. And she should have more so owning a business. But we left and went to baileys orchard not to fae from there. Was treated so nice there, and have been everytime I have been there. And less expensive to. My whole group of people are going to Bailey next year . So join us there if you wanna be treated like a human. ...read more

We stayed here from 3 to 6 Sep 2010. We've stayed at B & B's all around the world and I can honestly say this has been one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had. Pete and Darlene are just plain wonderful hosts. Her laugh, Pete's down to earth attitude, and their combined great nature can't be beat. No matter what we ordered the food was simply top notch and fantastic. The room was clean had a great view of the lake. The staff and other personnel "the best". The Breakfast they served was again simply, GREAT! Pete & Darlene really have it going on!!!! Like the old commercial used to say "Try it you'll like it".
