On this last bill in Dec. I was overcharged three times the normal, I was occupying my home for only three weeks out of the three month period. The gentleman that came out to check said my toilets were running out the overflow, I was warned that this was the standard answer so I had a plumber check them before he came out, they were not running out the overflow. This gentleman also told another person in the same town who had been overcharged by four times the normal amount the same problem occurred wih her.
