I have been a true beliver of VIP before, but this time I feel really bad, the manager of VIP at Ellsworth, name Mike told me my windshield has to be replaced because a dime size ding there. but this ding was not a problem when I did stahe inspection at the same place last year. why this year? later I called Metlife to replace my windshield, the technician came and did not think I need change.
